Storyline

In the year 20XX, a young boy named Netto Hikari receives a very special gift from his father, as he enters the 5th grade, his own customized net navi Rockman. Despite Rockman have a small size body and far more responsible personality. Like all net navi Rockman in a PErsonal Terminal or PET for short, in here the navi will guide his operator. The operators will uses there navi in a friendly "Net Battles", where they will spar against each other.
