There are two kinds of abilities in Final Fantasy X Auto Abilities and Command Abilities.
Auto Abilities can be assigned to the character weapon or armour. Command Abilities allow the character to learn and use skill and magic. There are four different types of Command abilities, which include Skills, Special, White Magic, Black Magic.
