This language is spoken by the Al Bhed. The Al Bhed contains of 26 letters and each letter stands for one English letter. An Al Bhed Primers is used to translate the Al Bhed language into English and once you collect all 26 Al Bhed Primers, you will be able to translate the Al Bhed language into English. When you start a new game, you can load all your Al Bhed Primers from a previous saved game file, if 26 are available then the Al Bhed language is fully translated into English, from the start of the game.
