Final Fantasy XI: Rise of the Zilart is the first expansion pack for Final Fantasy XI: Online. This expansion pack was separately released in Japan , but in the US it was released together with the Final Fantasy XI.

This expansion pack expanded the world of Vana'diel by adding new locations, three extra new jobs, Samurai, Ninja and Dragoon, quests and mission into the game. The following new areas that where added into this expansion pack, are:
