Hume
Humans are referred as Humes in the world of Ivalice. There are many different kinds of Humes in the world, with different level of intelligence and cultures stands in Ivalice. Humes are the largest portion of the population in Ivalice with 40% and control most part of the world. However there is still another country in which the humes have no position in power. Humes are able to control nearly all weapons.
Viera
These long of limb and silver haired are not different in resemble to humes in appearance. It is said that a viera lives three times longer then a hume. There senses and hearing are especially accurate, allowing them to seek prey from a distance. The viera listen to the scared voice of the Wood and by Her voice learns all that goes on beyond Her boundaries, which is called the Green Word the law of the viera lives. Those who cannot content themselves with the Wood's whispers seek to travel the world of the hume, witnessing the wonders and horrors that will hold them. Viera whose curiosity leads them from the Wood are cat out, never permitted to return.
Moogle
Moogles are know for the soft, fluffy fur on their bodies, bat like wings on thier back and brightly coloured pom poms bobbling on top of their heads. Moogles are small, coming up to the waist of a hume adult. Moogles are extremely intelligent and live much as a hume do. Moogles can make superb machineries and it is said that mooglecrafting is behind he invasion of the airship.
Bangaa
Bangaa are a reptilian race, where their bodies are covered with scales and ears dropping well below their tapered snouts. Bangaa live twice longer then a hume. There are some hume that will not accept the bangaa and will b raciased by calling them lizard man. The bangaa are a strong race, with keen senses of hearing and smell. It is difficult for a bangaa to master any but the most rudimentary magicks. Still there are some bangaa who are able to become adept mages.
Seeq
The appearance of a Seeq is similar to a pig. Mostly seeq are used as guards due to being less intelligent. Seeq have a strong lust for gold and silver, which they use to admire their bodies with these items.
